What we do

We prepare the whole case before a solicitor is instructed.

Conveyancing normally starts from nothing the day your solicitor is instructed. We do the groundwork first, so the firm opens a file that is already complete and starts on the legal work immediately. That is typically 2 to 3 weeks off the front of a transaction. Here is how the process works, step by step.

Done before instruction

01

Identity and AML checks

Credas-verified digital identity for everyone on the file, done online in about ten minutes. No ID charge.

02

Source of funds

Deposit and funding evidence gathered and reviewed upfront, rather than chased three weeks in.

03

Key documents

Property information, title documents and anything else the firm needs, uploaded and checked in one secure portal.

04

Searches started early

Searches are underway before the file lands on your solicitor's desk, not after.

05

The right firm for your case

We help you choose a panel firm that fits your transaction, your lender and your property type.

Services

Not sure which one fits? Tell us about your move and we’ll work it out with you on the follow-up call. You can also estimate your total moving costs first.

Why Home Panel

Six things worth comparing.

elsewhere, a figure that moves by completion

A British passport and a driving licence lying on a kitchen table beside a set of house keys

No file opening fee, no ID charge

Two of the most common add-ons in conveyancing, removed entirely.

vs

elsewhere, both land on the final invoice

A conveyancing solicitor reviewing a case file at a desk in a UK law firm office

A vetted panel of regulated firms

Every firm we introduce you to is authorised and regulated by the SRA or the CLC.

vs

One platform, everyone on it

You, your estate agent and your solicitor all working from the same case file.

vs

elsewhere, email chains and phone tag

Fewer fall-throughs

Early preparation and active progression keep the chain moving toward completion.

elsewhere, deals stall and collapse
