The inside of a small British high street estate agency, desks and a wall of property cards

A referral you don't have to worry about.

Cases prepared before your solicitor even starts, so the paperwork most likely to hold a sale up is already done, and you can see exactly where every one of your sales stands without chasing anyone for an update.

What referring to The Home Panel gives you

An estate agent talking a couple through the next steps of their move at a branch desk

Something to hand them

A route you can point a client at when they ask who to use, rather than a shrug or a name you are not sure about.

A key cabinet in an estate agency back office, sets of door keys hanging on numbered hooks

The admin done first

Identity checks, funding evidence and paperwork are completed before the file reaches a solicitor, so that part is not still outstanding weeks in.

A returning client shaking hands with their estate agent across the branch counter

Clients who come back

How the legal side went is part of what a seller remembers about you. This is the part of it you get to choose.

Why a slow conveyancer costs you, not just your client.

A stalled case does not just frustrate the buyer or seller. It costs you your own commission, and when a sale falls through there is a fair chance you get the blame for it, not the conveyancer. We prepare the case, identity checks, funding evidence, paperwork, before your solicitor even starts, so there is less sitting undone in the exact part of the process most likely to make a sale collapse.

See every case you've referred, not just one.

You are managing a chain, not a single transaction. Log in and see the status of every case you have sent our way, all in one view. No more calling us for an update before you can call your client back.

A panel that won't embarrass you.

Every firm we work with is authorised and regulated by the SRA or the CLC. We vet the panel so you do not have to gamble your name on whoever is next in a queue. Your client's experience reflects on you, and we treat it that way.

The referral fee, in writing, upfront.

Our referral arrangement is straightforward. The amount and the terms are agreed with you in writing before you refer anyone, and the arrangement is disclosed in writing to everyone involved, your client included, before a firm is instructed. Nothing that comes back to embarrass you later.

What partnering actually looks like.

  • You know before your client asks. Real case updates in your own view, rather than ringing us and waiting so you can ring them back.
  • No setup cost, no minimum volume. Refer one client or fifty. The arrangement is the same either way.
  • A named contact on our side. A person who knows your agency, not a general enquiries inbox.
  • Co-branded updates, if you want them. Your name alongside ours in client communications, or not, as you prefer.

Partner questions, answered plainly.

How does the referral fee work?

There is one, and its amount and payment terms are set out in writing in your partner agreement before you refer anyone, so you know what the arrangement is before you use it. It is also disclosed to your client in writing before a firm is instructed. We would rather that came from us upfront than surfaced later.

What happens if a case turns out to be complicated?

We flag it early rather than letting it stall quietly. If something in a case needs more time, the agent and the client both hear about it as soon as we know, not after it has already caused a delay.

Can we check a case's status ourselves?

Yes. Every case you refer appears in your own view, updated as it moves, rather than only when you ask.

Is the referral arrangement disclosed to the client?

Yes, always, in writing, before anyone is instructed. We think that is the only version of this worth doing.
